About CCHD

Converse County Health Department is a state agency that receives funding through county, state and federal funds.  A wide variety of programs are offered at the health department for both the young and the young at heart.  Each client is assured the highest quality of care through services provided at the Health Department or through referrals to local agencies.  All services are confidential and provided regardless of race, religion, age, or disability.  All services are provided at a low cost or free.
